I've been playing Star Wars: The Force Unleashed non-stop on my PSP. I finished the game 2 days after I got it but I still haven't stopped since. This game is awesome! I maybe a bit subjective here though as I'm a self-confessed Star Wars fanatic.
I was totally addicted to Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2 and have always walked the light side of the Force. My favorite character was my Jedi Weapon Master wielding a silver lightsaber. I tried playing the dark side path but I didn't like the way the game corrupted the character. It looked like a walking corpse. So imagine my surprise when first I played SW:TFU where the main character was Darth Vader's secret apprentice! Believe me, this game made Siths kick-ass and made Jedis look like weak-assed pansies! It's an absolute thrill whenever I force grip a large Wookie and choke him until his neck breaks with a very satisfying crack. Or when I force push a group of Imperial Storm Troopers and immediately blast them with force lightning.
The storyline is great and reveals a very unexpected twist at the end. The secret apprentice's life is shown as being sad and pitiful but motivating. The story takes place between Episode 3 and 4 and I was very glad to see familiar characters from the old and new movies. New characters were also introduced to enhance the story and gameplay.
Even more, the PSP version brags more gameplay additions than the PS2 and Wii versions like the Force Unleashed Historic Battles where you play memorable Star Wars events and battle it out with your favorite Jedi or Sith. One example is the historic Luke vs Darth Vader fight on the final assault on the Death Star. Extra levels were also added to the story mode which is only exclusive to the PSP! Cool.
This week didn't start out as well as I hoped it would be.
I'm talking about work of course. Things have been pretty hectic around the office and the workload has weighed us all down. For the past couple of days, we weren't able to meet our metrics and it pretty much pisses me off because there's so much that I would want to do but can't. I generally don't like to lose. I don't accept the fact that there's only so much that I can do. I would rather think that there's nothing that couldn't be done. Well, maybe in a perfect world though. <sigh> I dunno if that's the reason I feel so dragged down. Don't get me wrong though, I love what I'm doing right now and I'm totally enjoying myself. Maybe it's the challenge that drives me.
Apart from that, the only consolation I have is when I get home, I de-stress. I have my CSI marathon, play PSP and pig out. I sleep at around 6 or 7 am and wake up to my beautiful wife's goodmorning embrace when she comes home from work. Those few hours fully energizes me to take on another challenging day of work.

You are a seeker of knowledge, and you have learned many things in your life. You are also a keeper of knowledge - meaning you don't spill secrets or spread gossip. People sometimes think you're snobby or aloof, but you're just too deep in thought to pay attention to them.
You are wild, crazy, and a huge rebel. You're always up to something. You have a ton of energy, and most people can't handle you. You're very intense. You definitely are a handful, and you're likely to get in trouble. But your kind of trouble is a lot of fun.

You are the total package - suave, sexy, smart, and strong. You have the whole world under your spell, and you can influence almost everyone you know. You don't always resist your urges to crush the weak. Just remember, they don't have as much going for them as you do.

You are very intuitive and wise. You understand the world better than most people. You also have a very active imagination. You often get carried away with your thoughts. You are prone to a little paranoia and jealousy. You sometimes go overboard in interpreting signals.
You are confident, self assured, and capable. You are not easily intimidated. You master any and all skills easily. You don't have to work hard for what you want. You make your life out to be exactly how you want it. And you'll knock down anyone who gets in your way!
You are usually the best at everything ... you strive for perfection. You are confident, authoritative, and aggressive. You have the classic "Type A" personality.
You are incredibly wise and perceptive. You have a lot of life experience. You are a natural peacemaker, and you are especially good at helping others get along. But keeping the peace in your own life is not easy. You see things very differently, and it's hard to get you to budge.
You are very hyper. You never slow down, even when it's killing you. You're the type of person who can be a workaholic during the day... and still have the energy to party all night. Your energy is definitely a magnet for those around you. People are addicted to your vibe.
You are relaxed, chill, and very likely to go with the flow. You are light hearted and accepting. You don't get worked up easily. Well adjusted and incredibly happy, many people wonder what your secret to life is.

I wasn't really surprised of the traffic this morning being Monday and all but when I got to our office and pulled up the blinds on my window, I was startled with what I saw.
At first, it was just a small blaze but it escalated to a major fire in a few moments. I can hear the sirens blazing and saw firemen trying to put out the fire. The smoked thickened in a few minutes and the fire spread widening the affected area.
Seeing this scene, I couldn't help but feel bad for those people who lost their homes and belongings to the fire. With the state the country is in right now, it would be really difficult to overcome this tragedy.
The best that we can do is hope for the best and pray that nobody got hurt.
Ok... so I want a new PC. Yeah sure, Ada (my old PC) is still alive and kicking but I honestly think that she's living the last few years of her life. Most good games right now require at least a minimum of 2 gigs of RAM and that's something my Ada's 768MB can't quite handle. I may have Stranglehold on my screen but it would look like I'm playing a digital statue dance. Besides, I'd like to play Artificial Girl 3 in all it's glory and... er... uhmm... never mind. Let's move on...
Anyway, I've checked the net and started to build some possible options. My contact from PCHub also gave me some good tips (and hopefully more good discounts!).
I think it's a great rig and with these specs just for P28k, it's an awesome deal! It still doesn't include the monitor though and I'm eyeing an LG LCD 19" W1942T which costs around P8500.
Same old, same old. It's invoices time and it's another busy week. Oh well, nothing I can do about it. Just ride the flow and pray that we meet our SLA's.
Moving on to other interesting matters... this may seem weird but I suddenly had the interest to learn how to poach an egg. This may seem normal to some people, but it definitely is a weird thing for me. This all started when I got to wondering, "What's a poached egg anyway?" I don't think I've actually eaten one because I honestly don't know what they look like.
Anyways, I searched the net and read some articles. Five minutes later, I gave up.
To prevent dispersion of the white of the egg, a small amount of vinegar may be added to the boiling water. Stirring the water vigorously to create a vortex may reduce said dispersion. Special pans, with small cups, allow a number of eggs to be poached at the same time. Other methods of producing poached eggs, such as using cling film to keep the egg perfectly formed have been documented.
I honestly have no idea what this means, and this is just from Wikipedia! I guess cooking is definitely not one of my interests. Now I understand the blank look Jeai gives me when I talk about computer specs.
Good thing my lovable wifey is an excellent cook! :)
That's Rolling Star by YUI. Otakus would recognize that from the Anime, Bleach, which is currently one of the best animes today IMHO. YUI totally rocks not to mention uber cute!
Anime I'm currently watching:
Major
I'm still on the first few episodes so I still don't know the whole story but seems pretty decent enough. Lots of drama and baseball references.
Manga I'm currently reading:
Eyeshield 21
This is a fun series! I honestly liked the manga better since it has better art than the anime. Last volume I read was 292 and things are heating up for the Deimon Devil Bats! EXCITING MAX!
